By using IndexTutors you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our role

IndexTutors is a platform that introduces students and tutors. We are not an employer, agency or party to any agreement between users. Tutors are independent and solely responsible for their services; students and parents are responsible for selecting a suitable tutor.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• One person may hold only one account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You must not post false, misleading, offensive or illegal content; harass other users; collect data from the Site with automated tools; or post contact details inside public content to avoid our messaging system.

4. Payments

Fees for lessons are agreed directly between tutors and students. IndexTutors does not process lesson payments and is not responsible for payment disputes.

5. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We may moderate or remove reviews that break our guidelines.

6. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndexTutors is not liable for any loss arising from interactions between users.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
